Goodbye 2022, Hello New Year..

And just like that, another month has gone by and now its the end of the year. Here at Cleah we love to look at how much we have grown as a business but it's important to reflect and express gratitude for your own personal development too. So for this month, we want everyone to look back on this past year, look at all the good and the bad and give yourself compassion and love to show that you and your business made it through ANOTHER year. Spoiler, it's only going to get better from here too! Keep scrolling to have a look at our favourite achievements of this year (because it's important to root for yourself and we are so proud of us!) Not only do we have that, we also have a FREE downloadable mood-board to leave behind all the things that are no longer serving you and set your new goals for 2023.

We are feeling super blessed that we were able to work on different levels with so many brands.

We cannot thank you enough for putting your faith and trust within Cleah.

Have a sneak peak below on a couple of brands we worked on this year!

As we draw closer to the new year, we are thinking about our goals for 2023. We’re a visual team so we have been working on creating our own individual and team vision boards.

We have crafted a template so that you can do the same!

Remember, there are no rules when it comes to vision boards, the aim is to use this as something

that inspires you to make your dreams and goals a reality on a daily basis.

Here are some tips to remember when using creating your mood-board.

  • Be Specific! for example if you want to travel write exactly what countries you want to visit and when.

  • Nothing is out of reach. the only limiting belief is the one you hold over yourself. Turn those dreams into a reality.

  • Have fun while doing this, it doesn't need to be all big goals you can customise this directly for you.

  • Visualise with it everyday.

  • When adding images look for images that inspire and motivate you.

And that's not all.. not only can you download your own free mood-board for your personal use we have also created a instagram story version so you can fill it out and share it on your socials! If you share to any social media please remember to tag us in your story and hashtag #cleahnewyear #cleahnewyeargoals

Before creating your dream mood-board it's important to relflect on the past year to see how much you have grown. This is a great exercise to release things that are no longer serving you with your goals moving forward. Write down on a piece of paper all the things you will not be bringing into 2023.

This could be for example eg. Not having boundaries with clients. A goal of yours could be to establish boundaries within all elements in your life personal and professional. Once you have done this make sure to pop on our meditation playlist and start creating your mood-board.

Last, but certainly NOT least our gorgeous friend and client Jill Ritchie (Just Jill Coaching) @justjillcoaching has so gracefully given us insider access to a powerful tool that is only available to clients who are on her Empowered Woman course. This is all about upgrading your nervous system and becoming the best version of yourself and making your dreams become a reality, it is really not a method you want to miss out! Top tip, watch this video before creating your mood-board! I promise you will feel super motivated and inspired. Massive thank you too Jill.

With 2022 coming to an end, we want to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you for your love and support this year: Without your support none of this would be possible! We hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas and are looking forward to the new year! We are so excited to see what 2023 has in store and can only hope it is half as successful as our 2022!

Clëah will be back open on the 4th of January where we will open our diary for 2023 and we can’t wait to get started.

We will see you all in the new year. All of our love and best wishes.
